Mesa Boogie version 5.7.1

Hello we are new here,

we are very much interested in:

This is the Mesa Boogie plugin v. 5.7.1 which is designed for Windows 7.
The newest version is only for minimum Windows 10.

But when we try to buy, we were told, that this version 5.7.1 is not available for us in our country France.

Could anybody help us, that we get the version compatible with our system Windows 7?
