strange username behavior

In case it helps I tried to log into KSM. It gave the error "username not found"

I tried updating my password, same thing. I tried changing my email address which worked, but then was informed that "this username is not active" which is odd, given I was logged in at the time.

After clicking the "resend registration link" and receiving the registration email and re-registering, everything worked.
