Guitar-like stand for the Linnstrument.

I'm out of desk space so I'm using the Linnstrument like a lap steel guitar. It's working out pretty well. I tried strapping it on like a guitar/Chapman Stick, but I found it too awkward to use in this manner. So, when I'm not using it, I'd like to have it on a stand of some type, and I'm wondering if other users have found a small instrument stand of some sort that works well. I have the large sized Linnstrument.

I place mine on a keyboard music rest when not in use, but when I still need immediate access to it. Otherwise it is either in the padded folding soft case or the flight/road case.

Does a stand such as this work (link below)? It tilts at various angles, and if the front part of the "L" is too high relative to the LS, then maybe put a plank of wood of some thickness such as 1/2" or 5/8" or 3/4" will raise it up enough so the "L" doesn't get in the way of the playing surface?

The LinnStrument will be approximately extended by 7.5 cm on each side of the stand arms, but otherwise it should fit.

I put mine on a drawer board under my desk. Doesn't take any space if I don't need it...

That looks like it might just work. Thanks. I was thinking about something else, but that might be better.bohred wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 3:18 am Does a stand such as this work (link below)? My Rise 49 is already under my desk like that, and my desk is a dining table, so no drawers. What I did was to buy a heavy duty computer keyboard stand that's wide enough to support both keyboards.Tj Shredder wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 11:20 am I put mine on a drawer board under my desk. Yeah I have one too from ages ago, but only loaded a mixer and a keyboard on it. I will try my LS on it at some point too, just haven't gotten around to it.zerocrossing wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 8:38 pmThat looks like it might just work. Thanks.
