I understand not wanting to accidentally delete presets with DEL, but a modifier like SHIFT+DEL would prevent accidental deletion when browsing while retaining the speed of using the keyboard.

I'm going through a lot of presets (deleting most of them) and having to use the right click menu every time is really slow, especially as I have to switch to the mouse and go to the end of the menu every time.
I understand not wanting to accidentally delete presets with DEL, but a modifier like SHIFT+DEL would prevent accidental deletion when browsing while retaining the speed of using the keyboard.

(coincidentally, we just made a major leap in key control in internal builds which we hope to discuss in public soon... that would be a great time to bring it up if we can't add any of it beforehand)
