How do I buy a product that is $9.99?

I wanted to take advantage of one of the Air Synth Bundles that are currently on offer. A very generous $9.99. Problem is, minimum purchase in the KVR checkout is $10. No, I don't want a second bundle or anything else at all.
How can I add one cent to my order so I can check out?
