Weird midi note snap.

I have had this problem since T7. Not sure if I do something wrong, or the midi editor is weird. When I quantize notes and try to drag them up or down with the mouse, the note snaps in the previous position. I dont know why notes are doing that, and dont stick quantized while dragging.
