50% off Waveform sale price not applied at checkout

So I received an email today from Tracktion that stated the 50% off Waveform sale had been extended through Friday. I attempted to advantage of this deal and tried to purchase a license for Waveform Pro 13 on the Tracktion website but the final price still comes up as $199. Is there some discount code I should be entering at checkout? Thanks.

When I select the $99 upgrade the total come out to $49.50. I have never owned Waveform so this purchase would not be an upgrade from a previous version. I was trying to purchase a brand new license for Waveform Pro at $199. The code is not working when I select that option.

I'm afraid that's the offer. It's not unusual for there to be 30% and 40% off offers on all available products, so your best bet could be to wait for one of those and then you can get a full licence at a reduced price.

Maybe I misunderstood the email I got from Tracktion. This is an excerpt from it. I'm guessing I should select the $99 upgrade without using any coupon codes and that would in effect translate to a full W13 Pro license. Do I have this right?

I'm pretty sure you'll have needed to have paid for version 12 to get this offer. The original email about the offer on June 15th mentions specifically in the title that it's an upgrade. Expect another offer to come along for July 4th. That's only two weeks away.

Hmmm ok no rush for me to buy it now anyway since there are some bugs and missing features that I've posted about here but have yet to be acknowledged or addressed by the devs.
