Does Tracktion still offer Waveform OEM + plugins and add-ons with purchase of (Mackie) Mics?

Hi everyone
I bought a Mackie EM-91CU+ microphone recently and I was so excited that it came with Waveform OEM, Musician Collection, and the DAW Essentials Collection.
I successfully redeemed the code on the Tracktion website under my account. However, it brought me to a page simply telling me to download the Download Manager (which I already had installed as I was using Waveform 2021 Free before). Clicking the link only supplied a redownload for the same Download Manager program. I assumed that I would be able to see my available downloads in the Download Manager, so I refreshed the app, signed out, and signed back in, but nothing changed. I found a link on the Tracktion website that allowed me to manually download all of the programs I had redeemed. I downloaded the Waveform 13 Free/OEM program (both links gave me the same program file) but when I launched the Waveform 13 application, it was only under a demo version. I tried signing in with my Tracktion account, but I soon realized that it was not working correctly as a correct login resulted with an error message saying that there was an issue communicating with Tracktion. Also, I could input an incorrect email/password and I would still get the same message, instead of a failed login attempt message, so I'm not sure it was even actually contacting the Waveform Marketplace to begin with.
I tried everything I could think of: restarting my computer, giving it some time, uninstalling all Tracktion products then reinstalling, and unlocking the license through the Waveform application by logging in. I was unable to successfully register my application after attempts at unlocking Waveform from the About section, and the "Waveform is in demo mode" banner at the top of the program.
Nothing is working so I'm wondering if this is still even offered at this point. Or if it is and something went wrong, what else would you recommend doing or who should I reach out to.

The license keys in the program are a disgusting mess. Before the release of the free version, Traction was offered to get acquainted with the 30-day demo, a week later they released a normal free one, of course I did not spend 30 days, so every time, launching the download manager, he pulls the activation key from the site, this demo and instead of a convenient free version, I download as the pro demo version is clear.
There are two ways to get around this stupidity -
You can manually go to the user's folder
C:\Users\#you name#\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Keyfiles
and delete an unnecessary key, for example TracktionWaveform13Pro.tracktionkey in
or, in the settings, go to advanced and select the license that suits you in the topmost paragraph, if you have it.
I have a feeling that your oem key will be in the profile folder, but the pro key probably takes precedence. I do not guarantee, but I assume that the error may most likely be in this

Wouldn't you receive the best answer directly from Tracktion? I recommend to send them a support request by the form linked on their web site.

Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately, all I had in that folder was the Waveform 11 Free, Waveform 13 Free, and Attracktive (another inclusion in the Macki bundle). After a day, the Waveform 13 Free version loads up with no Demo version warning, and it now displays as registered to my email. I believe this was just a timing issue and the system required some time to catch up haha. Thank you for all the help.
UPDATE: I realized that the Waveform 13 was only working with the Free version and the OEM version is still showing a demo version and I am still unable to unlock the license by logging in. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

It looks very strange. If the key exists in the keys folder, but the activation of the free version does not take place. Are you sure you described everything exactly as indicated at the beginning? If yes, perhaps you have something mixed up with the folders in the system itself, try deleting the "tracktion" folder completely (or copy it somewhere for a while), then make sure that you use the same username and password on the website and in the application, then from the "program files" folder copy the "waveform" folder somewhere else and from it, run the program on behalf of the administrator, try to log in like this, check if the "tracktion" folder has been created again in the profile folder and if there is an error connecting to the site from the application. There are two possible problems here, either you do not have rights to edit the folder and the program crashes when you try to copy the keys, or there is no connection to the site to help, you need to understand this.matteix wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2024 4:46 pmThank you so much for your help. First, go to the settings, to the licensing page and see if there is an unlocked label opposite the oem item, if not, then click the refresh license line at the top, if your license does not appear, download and install the download manager, log in with your username and password and make sure that the oem version is present in your profile, if in the profile no, write angry claims on the site, if there is, make sure that the oem key is uploaded to the keys folder, if not, write angry claims on the site. It's very simple, no need to get upset
