Waveform Free Support???

Q1 WF13 FREE support
Basically where best to find it?
Q2 I originally paid for Waveform 11 and I currently have WF13FREE
Ive written to them several times with no acknowledgment or answer
I read that they don't support 13FREE,really, Can that be true,Why not.
Q3?I've also been told they watch this forum.If so, can you get back to me please ?
Q4 I’ve been given a mp4 video to compose music for.
It loads perfectly 100% into VLC app but only about 90per cent into WF13 Free
Sound loads 100%, video about90%
Q5 Can anyone help

1 This forum is, to a certain extent, free support. From other users. I've heard there's no direct support for the free versions. What does it say in the user agreement?
4 I've had Tracktion and Waveform since version 1.6 and can't get video to even play on several versions of Windows. I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised one day.
5 That's about all I can do. Have you tried telling us on here what your issues are?

Support is one of the things you are paying for when you buy a Pro license.

For the free version, there are the forums.

I think they have a small team and yes you will get support but it takes a while for them to get back to you.

Thanks for your reply’s ,I’ve only just found your answers upon a new search.I have since decided to buy the Video extra ,I’m wondering if that will have support?
It’s not cheap.Ill search now to see if I can receive all your future replies or comments on here, to my email. Thanks

You bought it already, or you decided that you want to buy it?
Many times there is offered a short test period for a product before purchasing it. Why not checking out for this option or asking the support if they could offer you a test license valid for some days?
Also, the PRO version was in the last year twice sold with a generious discount of 40% and contains the video modul. If you are not in a hurry, then you could wait if throughout the year they would repeat this and then right away invest in the PRO version instead.

Labor day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday... normally have a good discount.

Not sure if the Free version required your E-mail for registration, but they might even be mailing the sale notifications to you. (That's when I normally upgrade).
