For years I get broken emails from KVR, does nobody else notice this?

The code of emails is just broken, it has '3D' parts everywhere. And the only emails that have this issue are from KVR

3D is ASCII value for '=' and its only appearing beside that character in the text, ie '=3D' instead of '=' so possibly something in generated code/template is erroneously generating the ASCII and raw character instead of only the latter.

Anyway, emails are fine in Gmail, I have just checked, so I guess something is wrong with my email client.
