Send Track Colors to Controller LEDs (i.e. Intech PBF4)

How would I go about sending the colors of Bitwig tracks to a MIDI controller like the Intech PBF4? Is it at all possible?

Totally possible within the API. each Track object has a Color which is stored in RGB and you can translate that and send it via midi which would depend on your PBF4 configuration
