Separate scaling for the subharmonic option in Infrasonic

Like what it does, but i find it is too much on most material. I find a nice spot for the bump and harmonic options with the energy param, but it's usually at a point where the subharmonic is drawing a bit too much attention to itself on bigger systems, and the point i have it tucked in, doesn't give me enough of the 2nd/3rd/dynamic bump i want on the material
