Is it possible to modify DrivenbyMoss layout and implement extra button , that would trigger OS level commands e.g. launch Powerpoint?

For example Win11 , while using Bitwig from Lauchpad mini MK3 , the view is focus on Bitwig e.g. "Shift Menu" . I would like to be able to add a button that would start Programs OS level (outside Bitwig) e.g. Notepad/Powerpoint...
