WaveForm MIDI Editor Clip Lock Setting Changes During Window Operations

WaveForm Clip Lock Setting Changes During Show/Hide and Docking/Undocking the MIDI Editor:

• Create and select multiple MIDI clips for editing in the MIDI editor
• Click the lock icon to lock the clip list
• Select Show/Hide (View > Show MIDI Editor) or dock/undock the MIDI Editor (by clicking on the icon on the top left corner)
• Notice the change in the lock icon in the bottom right corner

Any window operation (such as enabling full screen) seems to trigger the issue.
