Hi there,
None of my u-he plugins are working in Ableton 12. I've never had a problem with them in the past.
The plugins show up in the panel as usual in the folder I've created for them in previous Ableton iterations but when I load the plugin to a midi channel it just shows up as a blank screen and won't receive midi information.
I'd load a screenshot but unfortunately the file limit here is 1mb and the screenshot is 2.4mb!
Any advice on how to fix is gratefully received.
Best wishes,
Pete

You'll need to give a lot more info than that.
OS, which plugins, which versions etc.

Also, best to send an email to their support

These are really, really old versions... like, even older than code signing and notarisation, which are security features of macOS. Live checks plug-ins for integrity, and we have released many code signed and notarized updates in recent years...

I guess you just have to download current version from our website, and install over yours.

One thing we do not yet have is an updated TyrellN6. We'll have that in a few weeks or so.

Thanks Urs - I've downloaded the latest version of Diva and it's working now so that's probably the issue. Sadly it's lost my presets but I guess beggers can't be choosers!
I'll now proceed to update the others. Thanks for everyone's time and patience helping me out.

btw I've been away from music making for a while and come back after a three year hiatus. Seems like the CPU load of u-he plugins has massively improved since I've been away but the amazing sound quality is still there. Congrats!

Updates will never delete your own user presets.
They only revert the factory presets to their original state if they had been edited without renaming them.
You can contact our support so we can help you find your user presets.
