Insert plugin direct on EDIT MODE (already exist or feature request?)

Hi,
There are some plugins, like mspectraldynamics that I would rather prefer to open directly in EDIT MODE instead of regular GUI view.
Is it possible?

1) Setup MSpectralDynamics the way you want it to open.
2) Go to Settings and click "Set default settings".
Now, every new instance of MSpectralDynamics will load like you saved it.
