Location of Waveform data?

I'll be migrating over to a new desktop soon, and I really, really, really don't want to lose my saved plugin presets. I was doing some exploring in the Waveform folder where I installed, but I didn't see anything specific that indicates where that data would be.

Any suggestions on migrating those things over?
