Hi, I just installed MSoundFactory on my machine. I'm using it inside FL Studio 21. After installing I manually moved the samples data; the path on my machine is now C:/Program Files/MeldaProduction/Data, and this is where it is set to in the settings.

When I try to load some of the instruments, there is a popup saying "Could not find following resources" and listing a handful of files. I click "find" to locate them manually, and then click "ok" because it already defaults to the data folder. Then it usually says "all files have been found" though in some cases it will say "no files have been found." The error also pops up while changing the settings in the instruments.

The popup also seems to set the UI for the instruments quite large, something like 160%, although the rest of the MSoundFactory UI stays the same size.

I'd appreciate any help in troubleshooting this.

Have a similar issue. I never had any trouble with Melda products until after the latest update. When I load a plugin it misses knobs and sliders, and usually crashes as well

If you manually moved the data (samples) after installation, that’s likely what caused the issue. I recommend the following steps:

Open MPluginManager. Go to the last tab (Settings) and set the correct paths for MDrummer and MSoundFactory based on where your data is now located.

Then, switch to the second tab (Addons). Double-click the installed version label next to MSoundFactory Essentials and MDrummer Essentials. This will reinstall the content.

This process will correct the installation paths, and the error should no longer appear. We're also planning to release an update for MSoundFactory that will simplify this process in the future.
