AIR music Technology's customer support speed is too slow.

I recently purchased a few plugins and presets during the spring sale, but just one or two days after the spring sale ended, there was an even bigger summer sale, so I requested a refund from AIR Music Technology's customer support site. Fortunately, I had not yet downloaded the products and it had been less than 14 days since I purchased them, so I was eligible for a refund. However, two days have passed since I submitted the ticket, and there has been no response. I also sent a message via Instagram DM asking them to confirm my request, but they only replied to contact the support site and have not responded further. What should I do?

They are renowned for being one of the worst for customer service, unfortunately.
