
Roland Cloud error

I get this pop-up from Roland Cloud every time I run a KSM plugin scan. This happens whether Roland Cloud Manager is open or not. Something during the KVR Studio Manager is triggering it, though it doesn't get triggered during the plugin scan during Studio One start-up.

Yes. I get this pop-up every time I scan in KSM, including when I have RCM open and logged in. I’m on Mac (Apple Silicon.)

I don't get it whether RCM is running or not, but I only have Zenology installed - I wonder if a specific plugin is causing the popup.

I have the free Zenology, BOSS pedals (demo) and I bought JC-120. I haven’t claimed my 3-month free subscription, so I don’t have one active currently, just the 2 lifetime keys.
I will try to see which plugin is being scanned when the message pops up.
UPDATE: I removed the Roland plugins, then tested the KSM scan (VST3) one at a time with each plugin. I have determined the message is being triggered by the BOSS pedals plugin only. I suspect it happens because it is being run in demo mode without a subscription. The odd thing, though, is Studio One does not trigger this pop-up during its start-up scan.
I will try to see which plugin is being scanned when the message pops up.
