Waldorf has quietly updated Lector to v1.1.8 on both Mac and Windows. (1.1.8.0 in KSM.)

This is a significant update because it finally adds Apple Silicon support.

Also, the copy protection is serial, not eLicenser (Soft) anymore. It needs to be updated in the KVR database.

ARM64 support (Apple Silicon) for macOS, AU and VST/VST3.
Minimum macOS version supported is now 10.14.
Windows version updated to match macOS version.
Samples and presets locations updated for Windows.
General maintenance (new installer, compatibility with latest OS versions).
