Hi!
Don’t install MTrackAlign.
In MPluginManager the status of the plugin is installed, but it is not on the computer (Macbook Pro M1 Max, Mac OS 15.5).

Hi there,

Thank you for your statement. However, could you please be more specific?

What you've claimed doesn’t appear to be entirely accurate, as MTrackAlign functions correctly in all DAWs that support ARA-based plugins.

To better understand your experience, could you kindly share:
- Your macOS version and MacBook model/configuration

Additionally, we strongly recommend contacting our customer support team before sharing unverified information publicly.
They are best equipped to assist with technical details and ensure accurate communication:

As mentioned, MTrackAlign works properly on all ARA-compatible DAWs. You can find more information here: https://www.meldaproduction.com/about/d ... structions

If you’re using Logic Pro, please make sure to run it in Rosetta mode to ensure full ARA compatibility.

Lastly, make sure to use the latest MPluginManager (https://www.meldaproduction.com/downloads) and select the "Latest + beta" option there to properly install the MTrackAlign plugin. Since it’s still a beta version, choosing "Latest + beta" is necessary to install the plugin correctly!

Thank you.

I'm using Studio One 7 Pro, but the problem is not daw, but the plugin is not installed on the system with MPlaginManager.

I had a similar problem. I had to "repair" my install. Then my DAW recognized the plugin.

I am using the latest version of the manager and Latest + beta. MTrackAlign is still not installed. Repair did not help.

Please manually select MTrackAlign, click the "Install/Change" button, and complete the installation process.
We recommend restarting your computer once the installation is finished, especially for macOS users.
If you run into any further issues, please share a video of the process so we can investigate further.

Lastly, which DAW do you use?

Same problem here, I purchased MTrackAlign and tried to install it over 10 times, it shows in MPluginManager that it is installed but it does not install anything related to MTrackAlign on the computer or Logic Pro 11.
I am using your MPluginManager (with "latest + beta" enabled) on my Mac Studio M2 Max Mac OS Sequoia with Logic Pro 11.
or troubleshooting, I have already tried the following without success:
Reinstalling MTrackAlign multiple times through the MPluginManager.
Restarting my computer completely after each installation attempt.
I can install your other plugins without any problems, there is a specific problem with the installation of this plugin.

Without computer/OS information it's hard to guess at a solution. On this system I don't use rosetta and so ARA is a dead issue. OTOH, there is a known workaround that allows Melodyne to be used quite easily in Logic, and most likely GarageBand as well. So if possible I would suggest Melda consider looking to implementing the same approach...Cheers!.../s~

Same. I have tried several times.
Mac OS Sequoia, and I use Studio One and Reaper, which both support ARA. I tried on both my mac mini and mba, and neither one seems to actually install the plugin. It does not show up in the DAW, or in the Plugin directory on the hard drive.

Unfortunately, there's an issue preventing users from properly installing the plugin on macOS-based computers. We're continuing to investigate and expect to have a new beta version available this Friday. We'll keep you posted.
Thank you for your understanding.

The issue is fixed in latest 17.05 release now. Start MPluginManager, it should fix the MTrackAlign plugin automatically, if it was installed before.

Yes, thank you, everything is installed now!
