Hi,

I fell in love with Diva: I would like to buy it, but first but first I want to inform myself about how the license is managed. For example, in VCVRack2 the license is linked to ID and an account. This allows me to use the PC OFFLINE, to use timeshift regularly and to install other versions of Linux Does the same thing happen in Diva? Once bought, do I get a serial that is tied to my id-machine and account? Thank you for helping me understand....

The plugin will prompt/present a modal where you can enter your user name and serial number.

After which, a key-file will be created that the plugin will see each time it's used.
The process happens offline and there is no imposed limit of devices it can be installed upon that I know.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Exactly. Our plugins never connect to the internet, the registration file is stored offline on your computer.
There is no limit on the number of installations. As long as it's you who is using the plugin, you can install and authorize it on all of your computers with the same license, even across different operating systems.

And we love it this way!

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)
