Currently the way to achieve that is to use note to modulation converter which is a PITA. It would be much simpler and more intuitive to just turn the key tracking to negative. It also makes musical sense, think about it: you don't want too much energy while playing higher notes, because higher tones already create sufficient energy, too much treble leads to ear fatigue.

Apart from your FR, if you set Key Follow to 0, then you already get much less treble at higher notes.

One way: Use in Mod-Area (Edit the synth) a "Note to modulation converter". "Key Output" to Filter (in that case "Q") or Key Output to FilterEnv. You've to check whats works best for you.
