I'm trying it with Serum.
How to create this lead?

The opening acid 303-style bass (the first sound we hear), involves filter modulation, usually with an envelope, medium to high resonance, and distortion. There are dedicated plugins that do this.
I love D16's Phoscyon 3. It costs a chunk, and there are other contenders for best 303 emulation.
There are free options.
Or you can have at it with any synth VST or even DAW synth. There are a ton of tutorials on Youtube if you search with a phrase like "303 bass tutorial Serum" or "acid bass Vital."
