Hi,
I recently updated my 3 VSTs AME/AMH/AMR so now I have Riffer 4 which I really love.
I use FL Studio and sending "MIDI to Host" with the Export Mode "String Assignment" never properly worked for me so I always used MIDI Channel Export Mode.
The problem now is that no matter what I do the different Strings don't go into the different channels (colours) as they usually do. Please Help!

Set it to "Channel", not "String Assignment".

Sorry, didn't read your post properly. You are using Channel and you drag to DAW and find no Channel info - is that right?

I drag it to the Piano Roll and it exports all the notes but they're all on channel 1 meaning all the notes are playing on the first string which is wrong because for the tests sake I put all strings on fret 12 in the Riffer for 1 bar meaning there should be six different channels in the Piano Roll (each channel corresponds to a different color) but the notes are all in one channel (green).

Odd. It works ok on a Mac/Logic system. I would email support.

First, please make sure to set the Output Mode to Channel in the settings panel on the right side of the Riffer.

Additionally, the reason why String Assignment mode doesn’t work properly in FL Studio is that FL’s default MIDI time resolution is too low. This limitation is specifically mentioned in the Riffer user manual under FL Studio MIDI compatibility (see the image below).

Please set your Timebase value to 960 in FL Studio.
