First time attempting the GUI Designer for an MXXX device, so I made something simple. A one-click autofader with some extras in there, inspired by a new fade out function in Reaper, which also low pass filters the fade out. Got some ideas from it.
Fun fun fun!
However, when I wanted to go back and edit it some more, I just got a black area and the gui doesn't show. I did not save the project for the device/active preset (still not sure how these relate).
- Is that the reason, or is it something else I should have thought of? Do I have to start over, to change stuff in the device?
Thanks in advance!

Hey
The device is saved separately from the GUI project. You can export the GUI design to the device at any time, but if you want to make changes, you need to open the GUI project, make the changes and export again.
