I have the same - but I think it's just that it is not available for 17.06, and 17.07 hasn't actually been properly released yet.

MMicSim is available starting with plugins version 17.07 and newer, so you will need to have at least this version installed. Version 17.07 is currently the latest (beta), so set your version mode to “Latest + Beta” and you should be good to go. We will mark 17.07 as stable once it has proven to be issue-free, so it will be available then in other modes. I’ve just tested it on macOS Tahoe 26.1, and it installs without any problems.

Hay Martin, I've been latest+beta since forever, and currently have version 17.07 installer 2.14. I am Adam on this box and run command line in su. If there are no reported issues under windows and macOS < 26 then the issue is likely Tahoe. As noted above everything else is A-ok (thank god)...Cheers!.../s~

When a new plugin gets added to the plugin manager, it is DISABLED by default. So you have to add it to your install list. This caught me out so I'm wondering if this the problem for others...

We can check in more detail what is going on on your machine, if you have MMicSim selected (has to be green) in the MPluginManager, click "Repair installation", then close MPluginManager and ideally send me the log file: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/MeldaProduction/Downloader/log.txt

Following Martin's comments above I "discovered/noticed" that the square for the new plugin MMicSim was NOT green but black and I had not been toggling it to green and marking it for update. I was on auto pilot...so back to manual for now...Cheers!.../s~
