Waveform project export stuck at 20%

I've discovered that the cause of this issue is that I am using some audio files from a sample pack folder i downloaded. Every time I try to export this project, it gets stuck at 20%. I have spent 2 hours trying every single possible solution that i could find, and absolutely nothing is working. I am desperate to just get this project exported. Any help would be immensely appreciated!

Sometimes rendering the offending section/clip/automation in the project prior to export, (bounce in place kinda thing), will fix an issue like this. You can try rendering the clip or set loop markers and render a section of a track. Even render and replace the whole track in the project.
