Present changes via program changes sent via a midi controller for B-5 Organ V3

I am trying to determine if (and how) I can use my midi keyboard (a Numa Compact 2X) to switch between presets. Are such changes made via the B-5 User Interface or the via the UVI Workstation Interface that the B-5 is nested inside of? Whilst I can certainly get my midi controller to move between draw bar settings AOK, I would really like to move between presets (for example 'Smokey Ballad' to "Big Leslie") without having to go to the my computer screen each time. Apologies in advance if the solution is obvious - I suspect it is obvious, but it is nonetheless currently elusive to me. Thanks.
