MT Power Drumkit 2 Drag and drop midi "Not working"

Hello,
Can confirm MT Power Drumkit 2 Drag and drop midi not working in the latest Official release of Waveform 13.5.25.
This is on Ubuntu 25.10
When you try to drag a midi pattern from the browser in MT drum plugin onto a track in Waveform nothing happens,I tried everything, copying then try to paste midi pattern onto midi track in waveform and it just doesn't work.
I can confirm that this works in the Linux native version of the latest Reaper.
Does anyone have a work around?

I sometimes struggle with the same under Windows - it's not as logical as you might think.

Just did a quick test, and it worked perfectly. Created a 4-section piece, and it sounds distinctive enough I would know it's working. Then STOP playback within MT and Waveform (not sure this is necessary, but that might have been what caused me issues in the past), and with the mouse drag ANY of the built composition into the Waveform track. You get a midi clip the total length of the composition. I know in the past I would sometimes ONLY get the section I dragged, but I may have had the play still active ??

Eh, just tried it with the loop running WITHIN MT, and it still worked as expected.
