So I have an issue with getting loops to play with the proper relative resampled speed. I understand you're supposed to give the wave a tempo, in the modulation mapper set the source to BPM/R and the destination to Pitch. I did this with a breakbeat, set transient slicing, used the right click menu to automatically lay it out in the keyboard, and I dragged the group to the DAW, then did as I described above. This doesn't work properly as using a value of 1200 (which I don't think is the right value? 1000 doesn't work either.) causes a mismatch and the loop doesn't play perfectly. I thought maybe since pitch scales according to key that pitch (raw) should be used but it does absolutely nothing. I thought maybe that BPM/R doesn't work with pitch (raw) so I tried assigning it to the pitch wheel instead and that ALSO does nothing (Writing this after trying again but with pitch instead of pitch raw, pitchbend ALSO doesn't do anything when assigned to pitch instead of pitch (raw). Broken?).
So two questions: what should I set the "Amount" to and should I or should I not be using pitch (raw)? Is pitch (raw) broken at the moment? It's been like this for years and I've never been able to get pitch (raw) to do anything and I'm currently on 3.8.0 beta.
The cent value to ensure a loop perfectly matches tempo when DAW tempo changes through modulation mapping

So, there is a (by now rather old) regression that "pitch (raw)" is ignored, and "pitch" is interpreted as raw pitch. In truth, I'd like to kill off the scaled version, so I might change this the 3.8 release.
For now, I patched so the documented behaviour works again.
That being said, I cannot reproduce what you are describing, assuming I understand it correctly.
Mapping a sample with a tempo, and modulating BPM/R -> pitch at 1200 Ct will make it double in resample rate (i.e. pitch) by a doubling of tempo ratio.
You will have to send me the materials you set up so I can look at what is wrong.
