An amazing new book written by Rick Snoman (PHD in audio science, has done remixing for Madonna and other artists)

You can find it on amazon.com for 23 us dollars (over 500 pages plus a CD-Rom with examples!!)

There is also a forum & web site for the book at http://www.dancemusicproduction.com

Just wanted to spread the word because this is a great, wonderful, awesome book and information and instruction like this is hard to come by for this musical genre.

Covers Trance, Ambient, Techno, House and others. Teaches Dance Music Theory, sound programming, promoting yourself and much, much more! Volume 2, which picks up where volume 1 left off is coming out next year. And the guy mentioned a possible DVD as well! :o

At least it was relevant spam and not some of the other crap that has been posted recently... and it is in the correct forum.

Actually 4am's post is a lot more interesting than the ones of the "I got several thousands of postings here, so I HAVE to be a funny guy" people.

I was posting this to make the community aware of this book because it's a great book and it's relevant to the topics discussed here. Why is it spam? I have nothing invested in this book.

4am? How advanced does this book get. Do you think an experienced producer could learn anything from this or do you feel it is directed more towards people at a close to beginers skill level?

It's only because he said the 'T' word. If he said experimental, you'd all be all over it, I'm sure. ;)
