I do not want to know what new features are in T2, really I'd rather be surprised :D No I mean it!
But what would be really nice (Beno, Jules), is if you let us know if the major known bugs have been addressed?

I think that would offer the reassurance that some Tracktion users crave whilst keeping the edge over the competition so T2 leaves them all  :o :x

My main "bug" is the dropped first note issue, I'd love to just hear that no longer exists in T2. On a side note I have found that when I run Slicy Drummer in Sonar 4 (demo), and use any virtual midi cable to pipe it into Tracktion the timing seems to be off?... This doesn't happen to eXT or Chainer or any other VSTi Host I've tried.

About the dropped first note thing, Jules has released several versions attempting to fix that bug. But some people still have the problem. So its probably impossible for him to announce that its been fixed before actually releasing it and letting the people try it. I know the fixes definitely worked for me. Especially if I dont start my song on Bar 1. I never get dropped notes anymore.

That bug has gone for me, but...

I wish the initialise racks bug would go (on first opening an edit tracks with racks don't play until I mess with the track routing).

Tingle, when you are experiencing this bug, can you get things going again by toggling the "click" button (turning it on, then off again)?

Don't know, I'll try that. At the moment I route the 'stuck' rack track to a different output the re-route it back and this brings them all back to life.

I just Restart the Audio device a couple of times in the settings tab.

Are people seeing this on Mac or PC or Both? I just want to make sure it's taken care of.

Thanks,

Ben
