Can't say I ever had that problem.
I mainly stick to the default assignments, but the ones I have changed, I have only needed to change once..

Well ... what you originally posted as the problem isn't actually your problem, is it? So how was anyone supposed to help solve that?
Ach, never mind me moaning, lets try and sort it out. I'm not sure if Trollo supports this or not, but you might get some joy out of toggling the Caps Lock key to determine whether your keystrokes go to Trollo or Tracktion.
If not, Valley's MKey plugin does the same job, and DOES support the Caps Lock trick, grab a copy of it free here;

Hope that's some use

I could swear I posted....strange
Mkey works like a charm thnkas for pointing it out(caps lock, now why didnt I think of that)
Your also right my first post could have been better, will try harder next time, I promise
But since is fixed, I have another problem regarding the same thing.....how on earth can I record what I play into a track

Well ... you could consider reading the "Recording Mkey" section of the Mkey documentation, which was written to explain how to record Mkey in tracktion
