Probably the quickest way to do that is to save your edit as a "Ttracktion archive" then reopen the archive in a new project...

Sorry, got interupted during that last post...

To describe how to do that....
In your edit
Select "Export" ---> "create an archive of this edit" from the lower left hand corner. Save the Archive ( remember where you saved it)

Then, in the project window, select (or create) your new project. In the lower middle panel, "import material ----> unpack an archive and add it to this project". Find the archive that you saved, open it. And your done...

Seems like a lot of steps, but once you've done it a time or 2 it's pretty easy. I do it all the time since I have a "scratch pad" project that I use for ideas. Then if I have somwething I want to work on as a new thing, I move it just like I described above...

Hope that this works as good for you as it does for me...

Hey thanks!

Thats just what I needed to know.

I of course, learned the hard way and deleted an edit, before asking.

I've learned many things that way myself....LOL
