It would be a shame not to be able to use the speed improvements that comes with the new Athlon 64bit. I understand you can't keep changing the innards everytime a new cpu comes out, but isn't the speed increase big enough that it would make the receptor that much more useful to more people? Especially with the announced Uniwire, I could see the unit being very valuable to my Mac-based studio, as well as when I go live onstage.
On a maybe more minor note, I would be happy just to be able to swap in a 160gb hard disk, since my Gigastudio samples are quite large and I would need them in the internal HD in order to stream within Kompakt.
Anyway, I'm not yet an owner, but serioiusly considering.
Any chance for an upgraded Receptor?
