how do i mark my in and out points so i can loop some audio

sorry i know its a simple thing to do or atleast it should be but i just downloaded the demo and i want to loop this MIDI clip, i searched throught the whole help file and couldnt find anything.

Hit "I" for in, "O" for out and "L" to toggle looping on-off
