When ever I layer my parts, for example double tracking a certain part or whatever I play it back and I hear a slight delay from one of the tracks, they're not in sync with each other. How can i fix this?

Are you using mics to record? If so, the delay is probably coming from the mic placements. If mic positioning is well thought out, then the delay is a desirable effect. Of course, you can always slide the tracks to match by zooming in on the waveform.
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

Oh sorry, forgot to say what i'm using
it's nothing pro, it's just to record riffs I might forget:

V-stack into soundcard's line in with Tracktion

that's it, no mics!
thanks

That's very strange. Tracktion has delay compensation. The only reason there SHOULD be delays is human error. Other than that, the only time you should hear a lag is during realtime recording.

Maybe try clicking on your input icon Analog In1/In2 whatever and then click auto detect for "time adjust" at the bottom of the screen?
Worth a try.
