Has anyone checked out the Jamstix videos on their homepage, it looks awesome but I'm afraid you may not be able to trigger external drum modules easily. Anyone else waiting for this to come out? I hope it's default sounds are good.

Just checking out some of the audio demos now--

This looks to be a promising technology, especially at only $99. Coming up with natural drum tracks is always a challenge for me. Like most things, it will probably not work quite as well as the demos lead us to believe; however, it's bound to be a bit better than, say, Groove Agent, and at a lower cost.

Do you mean triggering hardware drum modules?
If so then in Cubase SX I would probably add a MIDI track, set its input to Jamstix and its output to the MIDI port/channel of the drum module.

Yeah, I meant from within Tracktion. I guess you'd have to use Midiyoke.

Anyone know if T2 will allow you to do this without Midiyoke?
