Monitor plugin in real time?

OK, I am using my Guitarport just as an input - clean tone no amp model - recording this on to a track which has Simanulog Guitar plugin on it. Is there a way to monitor post the plugin so I can hear the effected guitar ?

turn end-to-end on in both transport-section (bottom right of the edit screen) and the input device properties that you are recording through.

If your Guitarport shows as an Audio input in Tracktion you click on this icon an click on "enable end to end" so is on (a dot in the circle).
