I double click on the skin executable, then close and re-open the plug in...and it still doesn't work.
Also, in my VST folder, I have a folder called "DK+skin" and the another such folder in the "NuSofting DK=" folder...
Any thoughts?

Works fine for me, here.
You need three things all in the "NUSofting DK+" folder:
- the .dll itself (or both of them)
- the various skin .exe files,
- the dk+skin folder.
When one of the skin .exe files runs (they are WinRAR SFX files), it will overwrite the contents of the dk+skin folder.
Check that the dk+skin folder and files are not read-only.
