loosing midi channel data with FL VSTi

This is how i have it routed. Fl as a multi out VSTi in a rack. A midi clip assigned midi channel 1 within a track with the "FL VSTi wrap" rack filter inserted..

In FL the first channel in the step sequencer is the FL keys generator. Press play and all works fine.

I add another midi clip to the track in tracktion, make sre it is also assigned channel 1. Press play and i get no sound. Check FL, it is recieving the midi data (the midi LED next to the file menu is blinking), but it not passing this on to the step sequencers channel 1. I bring down the FL keys generator to channel 3 in the step sequncer. Assign the midi clips in tracktion channel 3. All works fine now.

This happens quite often, with other edits also..
