Tracktion Won't Open Anymore

I have a not for resale version of T1. I have been installing it and uninstalling it as I have FL and was not sure if I wanted to use it in conjuction. It has been working fine. However, when I just tried to install T1 it installed as usual. However for some reason it won't open. When I click on the icon it just remains on the intialising screen and my computer freezes. Any ideas, like I said it has been working fine and I have not did anything to my computer. Thanks for any help.

Bad VST folder? Or driver issue? Which OS?
I'd suggest uninstalling. Turn the machine off. Take a 3 day vacation from reality. Come back, re-boot, install the T2 demo.

That sounds like a bad VST (or a vst that Tracktion doest get along with). Check to see when exactly Tracktion is getting stuck. If Tracktion gets stuck on a certain VST during the plug-in scan, try removing the VST temporarily, then starting Tracktion. Hope that helps.

in the tracktion folder there is s temp folder or some-such.
You'll find a log file in there that can be opened in a standard text editor. Take a look at it, and you may be able to see where Tracktin is falling over (it's pretty detailed, but easy to read).
