ZR3 won't play

Literally. I've downloaded and installed it ( OSX ), it shows up when I drop it into a track, yet I can't get a damn sound out of it when I play my keyboard. I've tried dropping it into a track already recorded with mda Piano- nowt. Any ideas, Mac users?

I gots a PC but maybe the same difference here - Did you try changing the midi channel number on that track? Sometimes vst's won't respond to say, midi channel 6 but will respond to midi channel 1.

Why didn't I think of that? Too tired I reckon...Thanks Mr Coffeehouse, I'll give it a try when I'm fully conscious ( just back from a gig ) and let you know.
