I might have made a mistake

I wanted to keep T2 seperate because I have a lot of unfinished projects in T1

I dl'ed T2 demo, now all Tracktion icons are T2. I cant find T1 anywhere. And T2 doesn't "see" my vstis, so I can't even play my old T1 projects in T2

Can I unistall T2 and T1 will be left alone?
I can't live with that hiss for a month

Did you select a different directory when installing it?

Nope, thats where I f***ed up I'm afraid.

t1 and t2 can live side byt side quite happily - trust me as a beta tester I've been doing that for over three months now.

did you install T2 into T1s folder? If so simply reinstall T1, and the install the demo to a different folder.

Mine did the same...and yes it is in a different dir....but, all it really did is overwrite the desktop Icon....just find the old icon on the start menu or go to the T1 dir and make a new one on the desktop and you're back to where you were...

Ok, never mind!

Once again I jumped the gun without taking 5 minutes to examine things. The T1 folder along with T1 exe is in a seperate folder than T2 in my program files directory. Just the desktop and start menu icons have been hijacked

hook a new icon up then, and you'll be good to go.

BTW, I dunno if the demo has save limitations, but if not, work saved in T2 will open in T1 just fine also.

It just automatically installs into Tracktion2 folder. Shouldnt mess anything up unless you install it into the T! folder but you would have to choose it deliberately.

I just panicked because all my projects were listed in T2, yet I couldn't initially find T1.

All is well now. Thanks
