Those of you who are happy with T1, or who do not need the new features enough to pay the upgrade yet, can continue to use T1 even if you collaborate with T2 users. No pressure..

I just want to point this out as being one of the things that impressed me about T2: not so much because it takes clever coding (I'm sure it does though) but because it demonstrates the right attitude.
Those of you who are happy with T1, or who do not need the new features enough to pay the upgrade yet, can continue to use T1 even if you collaborate with T2 users. No pressure..

As opposed to, say, a huge monopoly that makes sweeping incompatible file format changes that require software updates like...uh....Office, Word, ....platinumears wrote:demonstrates the right attitude
Believe it or not, many years ago, software file formats were relatively open and relatively stable. Applications almost always included b&f file compatibility, even if it meant using an external converter.
Amazing what we're conditioned to accept as "normal".
