T2: How to record at cursor position?

I'm trying the T2 demo but I am having some problems recording.

I have the option "return cursor to start position when play stops" enabled.

When I click the on a track to position the play cursor and then hit record, it records at the previous position of the play cursor. Is this normal? What is the logic in this?

The only way I can get it to record at the current position is to hit play first and then record.

This must be a bug. Anyone?

Confirmed. I never use that option myself..
I suppose it must be a bugette at least.
