..i´ve encountered some problems with T2 demo and wonder if i´m the only one

or not

:

...for some vst-instruments the volume filter has no effect wether with apply-to-mid-velo on or off...

...sometimes when i start a song the first note is very loud so that the level is clipping

...some vst-effects are not recognized (like hydratone demo vst)...

...the current preset of mackie finalmix is not saved with the song...

Nope. It sounds like you are trying to control the level using velocity. It's up to the plug what it does with velocities, not Tracktion.

Could be, but I've never come across it, so I'd need to be able to verify it.

Not necessarily a bug with Tracktion.

If that isn't a demo limitation, then I'd say that's a bug.
