Don't know if this has been discussed before, but I would prefer if the level meters for each track were horizontal rather than vertical. (or an option for both ways).

I would also like an option to make them a fixed size so they all line up.

I would like shift scroll-wheel to mave faster. I have to scroll the wheel alot to move around. Maybe shift-alt wheel to move 5x or something like that.

The edit groove template window does not resize

(small thing)Would be nice for the color editor window to remember the size when you open it again and be able to stay open and editable regardless of whether you are on the settings tab, projects tab, or edit tab

It's not ideal, but you can use the CTRL modifier to switch the mousewheel to zoom mode, zoom out a ways, scroll, then zoom back in. With a bit of practise, the double CTRL tap gets to be easy.

Remember you can also use bookmarks to quickly jump to sections of your edit as well...

the colour editor is still open when you go to a different tab, you just have to bring it back to the front (if you're on PC just check the taskbar and you'll see the colour editor, so you can edit colours whilst seeing how they change on the edit page).
Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.

F10 should swap focus on a mac

edit: or F9 or F11, i read it in another thread!!

F10 is expose - which will tile all open windows for the current application, then I can click on the color window to bring it to front of the edit window.

I have tracktion on the G5 and powerbook. The powerbook you have to hit function key-F10. It would be more convenient if there were a stay in front option for the color window, but it is no big deal cause the color window is not something to use very often.
